Are you a Canadian business?

We sure are!A Mom’s Journey is a Canadian owned and operated business located in Windsor, Ontario. Isabel moved to Canada from Chile in 2012 to pursue her lifelong dream of owning her own business. 

 

Are your products all Canadian? 

We carry a variety of products at A Mom’s Journey, and many of them come from locations across North America. To provide customers with the best shopping experience and competitive pricing, some of our products are shipped from international carriers.No matter the product, we guarantee your satisfaction! 

 

How long will my package take to arrive? 

Our typical rate for shipment varies between 15-30 business days. This may be subject to change in consideration of recent events.

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted small businesses and our ability to get products online and to your door - but we are trying our best! I had to pay customs on my order. Will you give me that money back?

A Mom’s Journey is not liable or responsible for any customs fees once the item has shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. 

 

I ordered my package to the wrong address and it went missing. Can I get a refund?

A Mom’s Journey is not liable or responsible if the incorrect billing or shipping address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If the error is ours, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no charge to you.

 

What currency are the prices I see in the site?

All prices are in USD.

 

 

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels.

Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return before receiving a refund.

 

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.

 

I have entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?

If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at Isabel@amomsjourney.ca.

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
